Kinetic Chain Release (KCR) is a protocol focusing on a wholistic approach to realign the body.  KCR is a series of stretches and pressure point work in a set sequence to return your body to its natural, dynamic and energised state. The protocol initiates your body’s innate ability to heal and function as it was designed to.  This includes the intricate web of connective tissue (fascia) connecting your bones, muscles, organs and tissue. 
 

KCR alone is extremely effective and all you would need to feel immediate relief and a dramatic reduction of pain.  After completing the primary protocol, I then identify specific areas of concern or pain and target this with tailored Connective Tissue Release (CTR) techniques.
KCR and CTR combined provide a powerful release on all levels. 
 

I also love to integrate the beautiful gift of energy healing into these sessions. Energy healing enhances the level of release whilst raising your vibration and filling you with a special kind of calm.  I utilise my energy medicine training to intuit the underlying issues and identify the cause of your physical and emotional challenges.
